At Alexander McLeod Primary School we believe that learning is lifelong and that, as adults, we should be learning role models to the children in our community. As such, we offer a range of parent workshops through the academic year designed to help you support your child with their learning at home as well as develop as learners yourselves.
Workshops range from ‘Early writing in reception’ to ‘Online safety training for parents’ and are put together by highly skilled members of staff who are subject leaders or members of the school senior leadership team.
Our parent workshops are a great way for you to develop your understanding of how your child learns and empower yourself to support them at home. Information regarding the workshops can be found on this page and more detailed reminders will be sent out closer to the course delivery date.
If there is a specific area that you would like support with, please speak to Mr Mustafa or Ms Lucken and we can help to arrange training for you.
